Product Launches
- Marketing communications leadership and project management to
support the launch of the LATITUDE® Patient Management system,
Boston Scientifics remote device monitoring and follow-up
system. Projects included sales training and motivation materials,
customer training, case studies, print advertising, collateral,
patient education and trade show materials.
- Marketing communications leadership and project management to
support the pilot launch of the ACUITY Steerable lead, Boston
Scientific Cardiac Rhythm Managements (CRM) first left-ventricular
lead that can be delivered via stylet or over-the-wire. Projects
included a computer-based training module, a launch kit (sales
collateral, specification sheet, 3D animations), and PowerPoint
presentations to support technical training, sales training, and
physician and hospital administrator in-service training. A 3D
edutainment module with interactive components was developed to
feature at tradeshows.
Medical Education
- Selby Marketing provided Boston Scientific CRM project management
and creative direction on the rebranding of all Medical Education
materials to incorporate a new look and feel, while complying
with the corporate master brand strategy.
Patient Education
- Project management of and content development for LifeBeat
Online, Boston Scientific CRM's award-winning patient e-newsletter:
www.lifebeatonline.com.
- Development of Boston Scientific CRM's foundational patient
education resource, HEARTISTRY®, a comprehensive interactive
patient CD available in English or Spanish. The SMA team managed
the project and developed all content for both language versions.
